Q: How do I make payment?
A: Payment should normally be made by cheque after you've submitted your online booking form. Please send your cheque, payable to CT Plus Bristol, to

Please submit your payment no later than 14 days before your course begins.
Alternatively, if you're booking on behalf of an organisation and prefer to be invoiced, please include an official Purchase Order number with booking form.
Q: I work/volunteer for a charity, can I have a discount?
A: BCT is a not-for-profit organisation. Those not-for-profit organisations that are members of Bristol Community Transport are charged less than non-member organisations.
Q: I’d like to book three people on the same course, can I have a discount?
A: Please contact the Driving & Training Manager to discuss further. For five or more people per session we can arrange to come to you, please contact us for further details.
Q: Are the MiDAS training fees subject to VAT?
A: The MiDAS training for member groups is “zero rated” as it is designated as vocational training for the purposes of facilitating the use of associated BCT minibus transport, so no VAT is charged.
Q: I can’t make the training date I’ve booked on. Can I cancel the booking?
A: Please contact us if you’re no longer available for the booked training date. You are able to send one of your colleagues in your place for the training and assessment. A fresh booking can then be made for you at a later stage. We do not offer refunds for cancelled places.
